Overview

Consistent Recruitment is very excited to be working again with my client in Harlow, working from their beautiful open plan offices, as a Customer Service Executive you will be joining an existing team in the Customer Service department. As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of the information submitted in a timely manner and in line with our processes. You will be required to implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Duties are; Document verification Calculation of additional / return premiums Processing of cancellations Direct Debit related queries Processing payments for clients To correctly deal with any customer queries Post related administration Answering queries over the phone and in writing Requirements; Good listening skills to identify customer needs Excellent communication skills in order to develop and maintain positive relationships, mutual trust and confidence A positive and Can-Do attitude Ability to learn and retain knowledge of all products Friendly, compassionate and ability to understand customers’ needs You must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook This is a 37.5 hour week 9.00 am - 17.30 pm Benefits 20 days holiday, 1 extra day per year capped at 25 plus bank holidays Free Parking Yearly group bonus Pension scheme Ongoing development Progression Active social committee Fantastic Manager truestory
