Overview

Our client is an award-winning, industry leading technology and engineering company. They are currently looking for a confident Customer Service Administrator to assist their busy team. Duties to include: Working closely with the Customer Service Team Lead withing the support team Assisting with Shipping and Tracking Enquiries Answering customers enquiries on shipping timeliness, via Orderwise, courier tracking sites etc. Assisting with replacement items and arranging shipment details Correcting Update error logging if required Following set process in User Manual Assisting with every aspect of Administration and support for the customer service team Skills required: Proven experience in customer services admin Excellent time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail Working hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with 30 Minutes break.
