A PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR is sought for this expanding Firm's STONEHOUSE based team. This is a superb opportunity to join an ambitious team, to deliver excellent client service accross a range of private client matters. Key Criteria: NQ to 4 years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive. Experience of dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate work. Knowledge of relevant tax and trust law is desirable. Knowledge of statutory funding and benefits would be helpful. Excellent drafting skills coupled with attention to detail. An empathetic approach to clients in what are often very traumatic circumstances. Excellent communication skills.
