Overview
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2 nd Line Support Engineer for a Managed Service Provider to be based near Reading? You will be supporting a number of clients whilst working with a variety of technologies. Main Duties of the Role Providing 2 nd line support to a range of customers Providing onsite support when required Administration of Windows Server 2012 and above. Networking administration and configuration Configuration and maintenance of Remote Desktop environments. Providing technical guidance to clients Your Skills and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory. Knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP) Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers.
