Overview

Pyramid Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of their global client that is seeking a German speaking Customer Account Manager. The key elements of the role are to maintain and develop relationships with over 200 customers. To ensure that all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a timely manner and delivered on time. You must also be fluent in written and spoken German. Key Responsibilities Being able to deliver excellent customer service to our customers and enjoy dealing with people The ability to use our CRM and order database to ensure all information is kept up to date (Training given) Tracking jobs throughout their progress Checking proofs where necessary Proof reading proofs where necessary Being able to provide a concise quote for various products where necessary The ability to use our online proof reading system Workfront ( training given) Assisting the customers using Workfront with any questions they have Have a problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of queries, complaints and problems Being able to communicate with customers by telephone, email and mail Updating the customer user information on the database - daily Ensuring dispatch information is up-to-date Supporting the customer services manager, supervisor and fellow colleagues where needed Other tasks as required from time to time Please contact Gemma Hughes for further information.
