Outsourcing Senior

Our client, a large independent firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an Outsourcing Senior to join their growing team in Southampton. The firm typically deal with clients with turnovers ranging from 60K upwards including owner managed businesses, as well as a few charities and restaurants. Working within a team of up to 8-10 staff, the role will involve carrying out various outsourcing duties as follows:- Management accounts Bank reconciliations VAT Supervising staff Managing smaller Client accounts Training staff Visiting Clients You will have previous experience of dealing with management accounts, bookkeeping, reconciliations and VAT, ideally within a practice environment or within industry. A good working knowledge of XERO would also be an advantage, as this is the main software they use.
