Overview
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Web Support Analyst (French Speaking) to join our Systems and Development team based at our Head Office in Cheadle, Greater Manchester in order to provide virtual IT support to Human Appeal’s France Office. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 12-month fixed term contract, with a view to progressing to permanent contract, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18-23k per annum. Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide. Our Web Support Analyst will provide technical support to the Human Appeal Offices, particularly supporting the France Office with resolving support requests and troubleshooting issues for the Human Appeal website and CRM. The role will also involve implementation and day-to-day maintenance operations for the website, CRM and other Human Appeal IT systems. Benefits of joining us as our Web Support Analyst : - 35 Days Annual Leave - Matched Pension Contribution - Flexible Working - Employee Discounts and Memberships Key duties and responsibilities of our Web Support Analyst : - Provide website and CRM technical support to Human Appeal Offices, particularly the France Office - Resolve support requests to agreed Service Level Agreements and stakeholder satisfaction and maintain support logs - Configure, monitor and troubleshoot issues for Human Appeal website and CRM systems - Implement day-to-day maintenance operations for the website, CRM and other systems - Manage CRM data to be stored and used in compliance with organizational policies and the GDPR regulation - Configure secure user access to Human Appeal systems and ensure users have the right access and permissions to data, systems and applications, and are compliant with Human Appeal policies - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies What we’re looking for in our Web Support Analyst : - Ideally degree-educated in IT or Computer Science - Excellent, fluent communication skills in English and French are essential.
