Overview
A well established and growing company are requiring administrative support to work closely with the senior management team who head up Supply Chain they will the central contact between the internal sales team, key suppliers and supply chain customers. you will need to be highly organised, a strong multi-tasker and have a confident telephone manner. Full time, permanent role based in Birmingham. Free parking onsite. Paying £23k-£26k per annum depending on skills and experience. Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (9am - 5pm) Duties: Provide latest available system data to key stakeholders to support supplier reviews in line with company procedures Assist the National Cladding Director with diary management and any other duties as required Generate and update all annual supply chain customer and cladding supplier agreements when required Work closely with IT to identify improvement opportunities for both system and reporting requirements Understanding of supply chain Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate Assist the Commercial Director with the administration Any other duty deemed by the directors to be in the interest of the team in achieving its objectives Analysing of data Benefits: 25 days’ holiday, increasing with years of service Pension scheme Life insurance Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
