Job Title: Site Manager - Residential (To train as a Home Based Building Surveyor) Location : Birmingham Salary: Competitive Stat Date: ASAP The Company My client is a residential building surveying practice who is looking to expand its' operation across the UK due to increased workload and is looking to recruit someone in the Birmingham area. The Role My client is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic construction professional who would be keen to learn the role of Residential Building Surveyor with the correct training and support given. The role will involve condition surveys, structural surveys and producing Home Buyer reports. The Requirements This role would suit someone who has perhaps worked on site for a number of years and is keen to move away from this and transfer their technical expertise to become surveyor. Candidates must demonstrate a steady work history and ideally will come from a trade background (preferably carpentry) and have progressed to Site Manager. Experience of working on residential projects on older properties is essential.
