Are you a middle office specialist and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Middle office specialist to join our team in Manchester. The role is managing a team of two people within our middle office function in the centre of Manchester. The role is temporary to permanent, starting straight away. Our Manchester office has over 100 people working in it and we are close to oxford road train station and 2 minutes from st peter's square tram station. Working as a support function for teams of consultants you will be responsible for ensuring that all information used in the management of candidate placements is complete and accurate. This will include financial, contractual and compliance elements of each candidate placement. You will be responsible for checking and correcting information, liaising with consultants and clients to ensure the ongoing accuracy of the information, and resolving any discrepancies in relation to placements. Duties Checking systems to ensure that all information is 100% accurate Familiarisation with varying contractual requirements, and application to the accuracy of systems information Liaising and building relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders Working with the team to deliver all elements of the process to strict deadlines Reviewing processes to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of the business Ensuring that invoicing for the clients you are responsible for is accurate on a weekly basis Following up any incorrect information to minimise the impact on the client and business Skills and competencies Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail and accuracy when working with high volumes of technical data Ability to manipulate complex data to deliver effective checks across multiple systems Creating reports to monitor the effectiveness of the process, and providing data to senior stakeholders Competent when working with financial data, including reconciling weekly invoicing data, and accuracy of all information Conversant with IT systems, and able to learn multiple new systems effectively Organised and able to meet deadlines across your role The application process is really simple and quick Just click apply and if you are successful the process is a telephone interview followed by face to face interview.
