Overview
Our clinet is looking for a Fertility Nurse Manager to jolin their clinic in London. The Nurse Manager will lead and co-ordinate the fertility service provision. They will make best use of available resources and ensure that nursing, administrative and support services are designed to meet the highest standards of care. They will provide a visible, accessible and authoritative presence for whom patients can approach for advice and support, creating an environment that promotes and supports high standards of clinical and professional practice, resulting in high quality patient care. To apply for the postion the below is essential: Qualifications · RGN (currently on register) · Relevant teaching experience · First degree or equivalent knowledge through experience · Evidence of ongoing CPD Knowledge and Experience · Minimum 2 years at Band 6 in Women's' health · Experience of leading practice initiatives · Up to date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues · Knowledge of methods of quality measurement and management · Change management and team building · Understanding of clinical governance and audit issues · Intravenous drug administration Skills · Ability to motivate self and others · Ability to work unsupervised · Good team worker · Demonstrable passion for delivering high quality patient services · Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Computer literate · Excellent time management skills · Strongly proactive and solution focused Personal Disposition · Highly professional attitude · Flexible and adaptable · Ability to multi task · Stable & resilient under pressure · Commitment to team working · Enthusiastic · Calm under pressure For a full job description please contact Sensble Staffing and ask for Reece Hempstead
