Casualty Associate 12 month Fixed Term Contract Aberdeen Up to £40,000 A top tier, growing law firm require a Casualty Solicitor to join the team (2PQE) on 12 month fixed term contract. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and ideally have experience of defender casualty litigation. This role is more casualty focused and therefore considering candidates from catastrophic loss and personal injury background. The successful candidate will join the busy Casualty / Insurance Litigation (Defender) and Regulatory SHE teams. The role is a one year fixed term contract. You can also be considered for future vacancies at the end of the fixed term period. You will work with all members of the team and will be exposed to a variety of work, but predominantly acting on behalf of a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations. You should be confident in handling your own full and varied case-load, assisting more senior members with complex claims as well as appearing regularly in the Sheriff Court. ASPIC and Court of Session experience will also be useful. A strong communicator with a strong proven commitment to delivering client focused work of the highest quality.
