The Opportunity: A great opportunity for a junior Court of Protection Solicitor has arisen to join a family friendly Social Welfare team. You will be providing representation in community care and Court of Protection matters that are funded by both Legal Aid, CFA and private fees. It is essential that you are a UK qualified Solicitor with a demonstrable track record of representing vulnerable individuals in the community. Knowledge and experience in Legal Aid funding.
