Overview
Junior / Mid-Level JavaScript Developer - Gloucester - £35,000 - £45,000 Full-Stack and flexible over front or back end focus - learn NodeJS Working on projects for some of the UK's most exciting brands, this is a chance for a junior or mid-level developer to join a cutting-edge development environment and hone their JavaScript development skills. As well as working with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, you will get the opportunity to learn (or build on existing) NodeJS development. You will be working in a modern cloud-based, AWS hosted production environment, alongside a small team of talented developers. Development will be almost all greenfield, working on the companies next generation of digital applications. Culture is important here, and you will be joining a friendly team who genuinely care about what they do and the products they create. It is an Agile, flexible environment, and most of the developers work 1 or 2 days from home. Tech you will be working with (a lot of this can be taught): JavaScript and modern frameworks (React / Vue) NodeJS SQL & NoSQL Databases AWS Services (DynamoDb, RDS, ECS) GraphQL Based in Gloucestershire, the role is commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Bristol and surrounding areas.
