Recruitment Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Sourcing and vetting candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities. Registering candidates in line with procedural, legislative & customer requirements. Ensuring that client orders are met and KPI's are achieved. Building relationships with key clients. Delivering client inductions. Providing an on-call service to candidates and clients. Processing weekly payroll and other administration tasks. Ensuring full compliance with legislative and procedural requirements. We are looking to hear from experienced Recruiters who have a proven track record in managing high volume, industrial accounts. Polish language skills would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is essential.
