Financial Services Administrator / Account Manager Job Description: Deal with client queries Prepare for client review meetings Attend client review meetings Prepare valuations and reports Liaise with Chartered Financial Planners and colleagues, working with them closely to understand client needs and workloads Obtain information and quotations to enable you to research clients’ needs prior to recommendations Process new business from submission to completion Input and maintain information on the company’s IT systems Attend training courses as required by the company Person Specification: Advanced computer/keyboard skills - experience of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience of completing research and reports for investment and pension scenarios Good standard of English and maths Good administration skills Personal drive and enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills Organise with an eye for detail Self-motivated and a logical thinker Additional Information: Based in Esher £32,000 - £38,000 Attractive benefits package Study support Parking We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
