Robert Half are excited to be working with a not-for-profit organisation where a temporary position has became vacant for a Finance Assistant. This role is for a 3-6 month period while they finish an exciting project Role In this temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk role you will be responsible for all aspects of processing and posting of purchase invoices. Matching, batching and coding all invoices to the general ledger. You will also be responsible for payment runs. The Purchase Ledger Clerk role will also be responsible for resolving all queries effectively and efficiently As well as ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance Manager, such as filing and producing copy invoices. Profile Ideally the successful candidate would have 6 - 12 months purchase ledger experience Confident telephone manor for query handling Salary & Benefits Parking on Site Competitive Salary The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
