Overview
Robert Half Cambridge are delighted to be partnering a construction company in Newmarket in their search for a Temporary Part Time Credit Controller. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and has extensive credit control experience. The assignment will be for 3 months. The Role: Build strong relationships with internal and external customers in addition to other agencies Be accountable and take ownership for your allocated ledger and be pro-active in managing the collection and resolution of the debt and individual queries Be pro-active by ensuring that you deal with overdue debt, due debt and ensuring queries are resolved Improving percentage of debts paid to terms Escalation of accounts in line with agreed collection paths Participate in monthly debt conference calls with internal stakeholders Processing credit card payments Your Profile: Currently working within Credit Control Assertive and professional on the telephone Demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers Good working knowledge of Microsoft package, especially Excel If interested in this role, please contact Natalie Gaunt onor send your CV Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
