Pay: MPS TLR Start Date: September 2020 Looking to develop your career in a newly formed Primary Federation with a variety of potential teaching and leadership opportunities? Goudhurst & Kilndown and Benenden Primary Schools will federate on 1 April 2020 to become the 10:10 Primary Federation and we are looking for passionate educators. Are you an aspiring NQT looking for your first teaching role or perhaps an experienced teacher with subject leadership experience that is hungry for greater challenge and responsibility? If so, then we may be the place for you; our two schools value personal development and are looking for an experienced EYFS/KS1/2 teacher, or enthusiastic NQT, to complete our team for September 2020. Closing Date: 14/04/2020 at 16:00 Interviews: TBC Information about the federation The 10:10 Primary Federation has been formed through the collaboration of Goudhurst and Kilndown and Benenden CE Primary Schools, both situated in small picturesque villages in the Weald of Kent. Goudhurst & Kilndown Primary School which was graded Outstanding at our last Ofsted and SIAMS inspections; Benenden Primary was graded good in both their respective inspections. The catchment areas are mixed, with children from a wide variety of backgrounds. Both our schools are very well equipped and our facilities are excellent and we are delighted that from September 2019, Benenden children are now learning in their wonderful new building. We place high value on developing the ‘whole child’. Academically, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum, rich with outdoor learning opportunities; we have established Forest Schools which all children experience.
