Experience of the mental health sector is desirable but not essential. The ideal Adult Support Workers will: Be non-judgmental, forward-thinking, and passionate about mental health. Have a good understanding of mental illness gained through work, volunteering or personal experience. Have good communication, organizational and IT skills Be highly motivated and committed to improving our service users' experience Be available to work on a 24/7 rota including waking nights.
