Back End Developer

I am recruiting for Back End Developers in the North Yorkshire area to join the market leaders in manufacturing and supplier of gaming solutions and services to the casino industry worldwide. The worldwide market leaders in Live Gaming, Electronic Gaming, Utility Products, Gaming Systems and Support. You will be joining the growing gaming platform development team. You will work with global customers with the possibility of travel around the world. Your work will be varied with potential exposure to firmware, database, server and frontend technologies. We are looking for self-starters who can quickly find their way in a complex environment and in turn provide mentorship to other developers. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ideally for these mid-level positions we require at least two years commercial experience Conversant and confident working with Java 7 or 8 Ideally or C#, Python or PHP MySQL or SQL RDBMS Proven organisational skills and self-motivated Will be an advantage if you have experience working with some or all of the following: NDB or other cluster technologies Mongo Docker/Kubernetes/containerisation/virtualisation experience Android SAS Git Lua/Python/Similar Agile Experience working with Maven/Spring Ability to work with a web UI framework such as React or Angular We regret that we are unable to acknowledge every application.
