Job Role; Business Support Admin - 25 hours a week Monday - Friday 9.00 am until 2.00 pm Location; Oldham - you will need to be a car / owner - driver Salary; £13,571 plus benefits including 21 days hols PLUS Bank Hols Consultants; Karen Reynolds and Kim Taylor With our Client we are looking to appoint a Part Time Business Support Administrator, the role is Monday - Friday, 25 hours a week. The role is based within Export and UK Sales - the primary function of the role will be to assist with a wide range of Administrative support duties for Directors and Department Managers. On a day to day basis this will include; booking meetings and travel - UK and International managing meeting rooms and refreshments process Expense Claims and maintain Petty Cash accurate maintenance of Admin Records - IT and Manual attend Team Meeting and take Notes update of Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents assist with incoming Telephone Enquirers book Pool Cars coordinate between Export and Sales teams - including arranging Samples / Quotes etc. This is a busy and hands on role - for an outgoing and capable character, having said that our Client does operate a traditional work environment - of professional dress code and professional communication.
