Overview
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to manage a successful scheme in Somerset. The scheme boast major retailer mix, across 19 tenants & 400 car park spaces. This key position will manage all areas of delivery including: - Full accounting / service charge management Retailer relationships / support & communication Contract management & ensuring high end standards across all areas Customer relations & communications Driving key / new initiatives across the scheme Development of all marketing activities & initiatives Driving commercialisation opportunities Stakeholder engagement & being the "face of the scheme" Ensuring full H&S / site compliance This is a great opportunity for an experienced & driven Centre Manager.
