Overview

The Corporate Fleet Team are looking for a new Fleet Administrator to join their growing team. The successful applicant will help support the Fleet Team with all administrative duties whilst also providing excellent customer service to our clients. Duties will include: Support the activities of the Fleet Insurance Team Complete risk screens ensuring that all the information passed over by the Account Manager/Insurance Advisor is adequate Issue continuation cover notes and diary notes Issue scheme documentation, send out with policies and attachments Update the MID real time Process Renewal, New Business and Mid-term Adjustments including invoices and letters Resolve Accounts Queries No previous insurance experience is required as full training will be provided for the successful candidate. However, Administration and Computer skills are essential.
