Production Operatives will help prepare orders to customer's specifications and develop an understanding of stock control process and procedures within the fresh produce environment, as well as taking care of daily duties related to stock management and accepting goods into the building. There are two shifts available for the night shifts, either Monday-Friday 6pm-3am or Sunday-Thursday 6pm-3am. Please beware there is no public transport after 10pm on this industrial site, so must be a driver or within walking distance. This can be discussed at interview. ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Please be aware when applying that we have live crustaceans and shellfish on site You will be responsible for Picking and packing of goods for all customer orders, ensuring incoming goods are checked and stored correctly. Making sure that your work is efficient and maintaining company standards for food & health safety. You will need We will consider applicants who do not have previous food handling experience, however this would be an advantage. The successful candidate should be organised, pro-active, customer focused and able to work as part of a small but busy team, as well as being used to working to tight and set deadlines.
