Overview
Our client is a Global Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturer. We are currently looking for a talented Graduate Process Engineer to strengthen their manufacturing and engineering functions: The Role: You will focus on the delivery of plant improvements, product development activities and will provide key technical expertise, problem solving & solution implementation across the site. To design and implement processes using the TPS (Toyoda Production Systems) lean manufacturing philosophy that achieve the budgeted performance criteria. Development of processes using risk evaluation and analysis such as PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) that ensures continuous improvement and high performance. Key criteria: Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodology Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships The ability to notice, interpret, and anticipate others concerns and feelings, and to communicate this awareness to others. Ability to approach challenging tasks with a 'can-do' attitude.
