Production Supervisor Wellingborough Monday - Friday - 2pm-10pm £17,000 - £20,000 We are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader / Supervisor who is a motivated individual to join a manufacturing business which is expanding rapidly. The role is key to the development of the business and will be to lead the back shift production and packing teams. Role: A minimum of one year experience working as a Team Leader / Supervisor within a production / manufacturing environment Lead and develop Health and Safety. Train and develop the key members of staff. KPI reporting and plan adherence. Good communicator leading improvement in employee relations.
