DRIVERS (CLASS 1) REQUIRED The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV DRIVERS (CLASS 1)? to work AM or PM at one of our prestigious clients based in Burnaston, Derbyshire, delivering and collecting automotive parts. MARCH INDUCTIONS AVAILABLE EXCELLENT PAY RATES (£11.00ph to £16.50ph - details below) FULL-TIME ONGOING CONTRACT ALL YEAR ROUND WORK START TIMES TO SUIT YOU FLEET OF VEHICLES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION Our Customer are a 24 hour operation Monday to Friday but we are currently looking for drivers for both AM & PM shifts, with shift lengths averaging between 8-13 hours. This role does NOT involve handball but strapping the trailer is essential. PAYE Pay Rates for HGV Drivers are as follows: Days 06:00 - 18:00 £11.00ph Nights 18:00 - 06:00 £12.00ph Day overtime applicable after 8 hours £15.00ph Night overtime applicable after 8 hours £16.50ph Post 12 weeks rates are: £11.18 on Days £13.68 on Nights Overtime after 45 hours & will show as a supplement on payslip. Requirements of the HGV DRIVERS (CLASS 1): Drivers must have held their HGV CE Licence a minimum of 2 years. Driver cannot have more than 6 points on their licence. Drivers must hold a valid Digi-Tacho & CPC Card. Verifiable references Immediate starts available after successfully passing a driving and technical assessment. Assessments available immediately.
