Production Supervisor

We are working with a world leading manufacturing client in South Molton who are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. This role includes day shifts and evening shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota. This role includes a competitive salary and a shift premium. We are looking for someone to efficiently run and supervise the day to day process of their department and have senior responsibility for the site when the managers are not present. Key responsibilities: Ensuring all targets are met throughout the process on a day to day basis Quality control, including the full understanding of the technical aspect of the process and meeting all required legal standards Organise maintenance work as and when required Ensuring all aspects for health and safety are met and followed Generate permits to work when required Carry out weekly crew talks and ensure all are up to date with EIA's.
