Scrum Master

Scrum Master - £40-50k - Lead Agile Projects Scrum Master required to ensure Agile principles, processes and practices are being adhered to, working closely with the Product teams, you'll be responsible for guiding a multi-disciplined team to achieve success across software development projects. You'll need experience taking ownership of Agile projects, ensuring best principles are achieved and that continuous improvement is strived for. Strong candidates will be well versed in collaborative working environments with experience of the full project lifecycle as well as leading the delivery of multiple projects. You will be heavily involved in delivering a range of projects in an Agile environment and will facilitate daily team stand-ups/scrums, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives. You will have a proven track record of promoting active collaboration between the multi-disciplinary participants in the team whilst embedding agile principles and practices. Key Skills and Experience Facilitate Agile activities: daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, etc Drive the day-to-day running of the scrum by monitoring daily progress and keeping the team on task Extensive experience applying Agile principles, processes and practices Experience across full project/development lifecycle and a good Understanding of software development practices Experience working on web/ platform application and software development projects Certified Scrum Master You will be involved in some interesting and hugely rewarding work for a range of large organisations.
