Our client is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical assembler for a permanent role based in Feltham. Job Purpose of Mechanical Assembler role : To provide product assembly and test activities for the production team. Job Description of Mechanical Assembler role: Reporting to the Production Team Manager the main duties (primary tasks) for the job holder are outlined below; To provide general assembly according to Work Instructions and Quality Procedures To provide inspection, testing and packing of assemblies and finished units To assist stores staff in picking materials from stores according to kit list details To provide general duties for Production Department Essential Skills & Qualifications of Mechanical Assembler role: Good level of basic education including Maths and English Effective written and verbal communication Relevant experience of electro-mechanical production assembly Be physically fit for manual handling Authorised to work in the United Kingdom Desired Attributes of Mechanical Assembler: Excellent attention to detail and quality Team player Ability to diagnose technical faults Basic IT skills Benefits: £19 k - £24 k Per Annum dependent on experience Monday to Friday job Paid Holiday If this role sounds like you please either call Marjorie on 01753 911 534 for a confidential discussion.
