Are you seeking a Production Engineer role within a growing engineering business in the Hampshire area? Do you have experience in an electronics manufacturing environment? If you're answering yes to these questions, then you may have just found the job and the company you've been looking for We are actively seeking a Production Engineer to ensure that production produce a repeatable and reliable product. The successful Production Engineer will join a growing team in the Fleet area of Hampshire and have the below responsibilities: Maintain all BOMs, assembly instructions and drawings ensuring they are all correct Provide root cause analysis for all production issues Be engineering point of contact for suppliers Help implement change requests and new products Investigate and implement cost savings - through new parts in build and new processes Investigate production issues to root cause and suggest fixes to reduce the chance of them reoccurring Drive down cost in the production process Be a major part of the new product implementation process The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Electronics Production Engineer, from small batch assembly environment with either a Degree or relevant work experience.
