Overview
2nd line Support Our London based client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support and day to day troubleshoot, BAU across Microsoft Windows, Office, Lync, O365, MacOS, Active Directory, Hardware, Browsers, VMWare and LAN problems. Essentially you need to have at least 3 years IT Support experience, covering All or as many of these technologies Microsoft Windows, Office, Lync, O365, MacOS, Active Directory, Hardware, Browsers, VMWare and LAN problems at a 2nd line support level. In return to meeting the above skill criteria, we can offer an initial 3 month contract with visibility of 2-3 years total work, based in central London
