Overview

Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to work for our client based in Barnsley. The main responsibilities of the role will include:- Reply to incoming enquiries via website and telephone Advise customers confidently on all options available to them Process orders and complete daily sales administration Ensure our database is up to date Follow up on leads and post installations Provide a high level of customer service at all times Communicate effectively with operations, marketing and accounts teams Experience / Qualifications: Experience in administration Confidence and professionalism on the telephone Strong MS Office skills Sales background This is a permanent role with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.
