To apply or to register your interest, please call Lauren on on and quote Job Ref:0136 JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Fee Earner PQE REQUIRED: 3 years' experience LOCATION: South Yorkshire SALARY: Up to circa £35,000 OVERVIEW: This role will be to work within a busy Conveyancing department, assisting fee earners or running your own mixed caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion. The department deals with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions. There is opportunity to progress for the right candidate. It is envisaged candidates with at least 3 years' experience within Conveyancing to be at the right level, but we welcome applications from any experienced individuals. You must be able to work independently and as part of team under supervision, with a keen interest in learning and developing your skills. You will be hard working and have good time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. You must have a positive attitude as well as an interest in progression within the department. You should have good IT skills with a knowledge of the Microsoft package. Ideally you will have worked with a case management system previously. You should have an understanding of the need to deal with clients sensitively and of Data Protection Legislation. You will also be expected to promote, communicate and support the firm's vision and values to all.
