Client Offering a great range of beers, wines and spirits, these can be enjoyed alongside one of their freshly cooked dishes. The menu is changed seasonally, offering local fresh produce. Role This role would be great for a confident fresh food chef who understands seasonal produce as well as seasonal menu changes. The expected duties would be to run a specific section of the kitchen and consistently serve the fresh food. Minimum experience of 1 year as a Chef de Partie is required.
