These simple things can make a workplace a truly great place They are now looking for a Customer Service plant installation Technician to join their Team. You will be working in both Leeds and London Duties Effective installation and maintenance of living and replica plant displays Production of timely, detailed and accurate service reports Understand customer requirements and assist with the decision-making process by making appropriate recommendations Friendly communication with the client when on site to build a good repour Reporting to head office any issues that may arise when on client sites, including but not exclusively, incomplete work, access restrictions and plant replacements that have not been fulfilled. Working to the standards and principles set out in the Customer Standards Manual Quality production and boxing of replica plant displays Maintain the plant displays in house to ensure the company is visitor ready Assist with effective stock management Effective communication with the team to ensure all work is completed Working to the standards and principles set out in the Customer Standards Manual Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the business. Person Specification Organised and efficient Initiative– innovation, decision making – make recommendations to clients regarding problem solving – report to procurement of materials needed and ensure these changes are fulfilled within a timely manner Time Management Skills Excellent communication skills to both clients and colleagues Adaptable and willing to learn Strong attention to detail Self-motivated – able to manage and organise own work load Friendly attitude to both clients and colleagues– able to work both independently and within a team Qualifications Experience of field service work Forklift Truck Qualification desirable Proven knowledge of industry products and equipment desirable Proven high quality customer service skills Current valid UK driving licence IT literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs and field service management software, In depth knowledge of Horticulture complete with recognised qualifications. Horticultural experience gained from working with indoor foliage plants is desirable.
