Overview
Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer and/or a commercial property lawyer with 1-4 years’ PQE of residential and/or commercial property to join this highly regarded Hampshire firm. The successful applicant will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and will receive a competitive remuneration package along with a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop their expertise. Conveyancer - Role Overview You will work closely with other members of the Property and Conveyancing team on a varied caseload of matters such as: All aspects of residential freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases Mortgages/Re-mortgages Buy to let purchases Re-financing of property portfolios Lease extensions Transfers of equity Equity release and lifetime mortgage schemes Shared ownership properties Landlord and tenant law matters Option agreements Sale and purchase of land for development Conveyancer - Skills and Experience Required Suitable candidates must be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer and have at least a year of experience in a residential or commercial property role. Candidates should also be client focused team players with a desire to develop their expertise. Conveyancer - Salary Offered Salary is in line with market rates and will reflect the successful candidate’s level of experience.
