Overview
We are looking for Insurance Sales Consultant to work in our clients vibrant office located in the City Centre. You will be part of a fast paced, energetic team, and will be challenged with delivering the best customer service to our customers. As a Insurance Sales Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: Discussing, recommending and selling motor and home insurance to customers based on their personal requirements. Providing excellent service levels to customers at all times, offering helpful and accurate information on products. Meeting sales conversion targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Working to agreed standards of accuracy, quality and business procedures for all areas of call handling and processing. This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730 and Saturdays 0830 to 1230 (1 in 3 Saturdays off) Fantastic Team environment Salary £18,000 – £25,000 You will be provided with the support and tools you will need to succeed. You will also be rewarded with an attractive benefits package, on successful completion of your three-month probationary period Insurance Sales Consultants Skill attributes: You will need to be passionate about Customer Service, having working in the industry of TRAVEL / Insurance / Banking You will need to be creative and able to think laterally to match customers to their ideal travel solutions. You need experience of providing excellent customer service. You will have the desire and drive to deliver sales, service and productivity targets. You will need to be able to work accurately, follow policies and procedures and work within regulatory standards.
