Retentions and Customer Service Advisor Manchester £19,500 OTE £30K My client is looking for an experienced retentions and customer service advisor for their offices in Manchester. They are one of the UK’s largest Hygiene providers and they now are looking at developing a new retentions team. Responsibilities of the Retentions and Customer Service Advisor: Speaking to customer both outbound and inbound whilst retaining their business Provide a professional, first class level of customer service Sometimes, people may be expressing their wish to leave, so it’s down to you to discuss and listen then influence their decision to leave. To make outbound calls to customers who have a decline in their account to assess their needs. Above everything, it’s about putting the customers at the heart of every decision you make, using your influencing skills to support them and provide excellent advice What they want in a Retentions and Customer Service Advisor: It takes a lot of rapport building and sometimes objection handling to ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business, meaning to be successful in this role you need to be: Consistently positive, resilient and engaging Empathetic and able to build rapport quickly Determined to continuously deliver and succeed Level headed, mature mind set - combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive Previous Sales experience is desirable - We would welcome applications from a Sales, Retail or a background of working towards deadlines or targets.
