We are looking to increase our team within the Commercial division and also a Consultant for the Accounts & Finance Division and have opportunities for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us, due to our success with our clients we are looking to bring a new team member in to manage clients from day one - so t will be a very warm desk. We are fast paced, we have a great client base so have lots of roles that we are looking to fill so we need someone who can cope with high volumes of candidates and vacancies. A Recruitment Consultant 360 role, the duties include: using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies; building relationships with clients; attending client visits; Writing detailed job descriptions on behalf of clients to advertise the vacancy. receiving and reviewing applications; conducting face to face registrations with candidates managing interviews and short-listing candidates; arranging interviews for candidates with the clients; Our ideal candidate would be: Someone with previous recruitment consultant experience wither within Accounts & Finance or Commercial Someone who places high emphasis on customer service A person who likes to work in a fast paced environment A team player The team fit is the most important, we are proud of what we do and enjoy a great team environment - we would like a person who is driven and also team focused.
