Lots of big tenders/projects taking place and there is no sign of slowing down. They are looking for the right candidates to start on a temporary basis with an oppportunity for perm at the end for the right candidates. Your new role Heading up a major site in the Greater Manchester area 1800 units First phase Housing Association Dealing with clients and some potential residents liason Working on site until completion What you'll need to succeed Housing Association experience preferred Emmaculate presentation The ability to work under high pressure fast paced management The want to adapt and progress Strong management skills Hands on Organisation What you'll get in return The chance to progress within a strong contractor and to take a permanent opportunity at the end.
