Overview
We are looking for Senior Support Workers who have worked in a residential setting with adults with Learning Disabilities Hours are 37 per week consisting of early shifts, late shifts, long days and every other weekend This company is a nationwide Autism leader and is passionate about offering the very best of care to all its residents. 10 years ago they lead a campaign to get the Government to recognise and support autistic people through an Autism Act in England, leading to an autism strategy. 2019 sees at time to reflect on whats worked and what hasnt and to work with Government to make any improvements necessary. If you have carried out supervisory tasks including staff training and manageing rotas you would qualify for the Senior role.
