The Role Exciting opportunities have arisen for Care Assistants to support residents within our Nursing departments at our care home. Based at Halsey House, Cromer, you will work within a team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit and in delivering person centred care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and well being . Previous experience of working in a Care Home with a vulnerable client group is an advantage however if you are compassionate and eager to learn we can offer excellent training for those wanting to move into this rewarding role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential and an enthusiasm to learn and develop within this role is required.
