We are looking for suitable applicants to join our care teams, supporting young adults with complex Learning, Communication and Sensory needs. Our young people are active, creative and just fantastic It is not essential for applicants to have previous experience however you will need to be confident, nurturing, active and reliable. Successful applicants will be given training appropriate to their role, including access to the Level 3 Diploma for Residential care. Care hours are structured on a shift basis, averaging 42.5 hours per week, including weekend, public holidays and a requirement for sleep-in-duties.
