Support Workers in Adult Social Care Polyphant, Near Launceston, Cornwall (car share available) Want to work days? Or would you like to work nights? Or would you like to work weekends only? If you are friendly, positive and passionate, we have the job for you Our combination of landscaped grounds, historic and modern facilities together with local access to lakes and beaches provide a unique and innovative place to work which our residents love. If you work days you will ensure clients engage with the local community and you will take clients to various local amenities, for example, beach, cinema, bowling, zoo, etc. You may also take clients shopping, go for a walk in the village, have a picnic or a movie/baking/ crafts afternoon. If you chose to work nights, you will administer medications, support Service Users with their evening and morning routines, keep records of your work up-to-date and ensure the environment is clean and well-organised.
