Job Title: M&E Maintenance Engineer Salary: £38,000 Benefits Training Progression Hours: 4 on 4 off days and nights Location: Aldgate A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies to work on the most prestigious commercial buildings in the Aldgate area. My client is currently looking for a Mechanical biased Maintenance Engineer covering all electrical and mechanical building maintenance working in a commercial environment such as offices etc. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:Electrical fault finding,mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors, emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
