Overview
An established and expanding FinTech company is currently in a growth phase and are looking to make multiple mid-senior Java developers hires. The company are looking for capable individuals to push the strategy of their vision for their online payments platform forward. The company wants accountable and independent people who are stakeholder facing and capable of contributing within a team environment. They are set up in cross-functional Agile teams so you’ll have the chance to work alongside other Java developers experienced in front-end and back-end design. The front-end team is utilising React to develop new UI’s; whilst the back-end teams are migrating from a monolithic stack (PHP) into microservices architecture (Java). New Java hires will be brought in to work on Greenfield project work as demand for services rapidly increase with growth.
