Technical services manager- 60k This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Technical services manager to join a well established M&E Service provider who specialise in offering maintenance services to high end Corporate Clients.This is a new position due to the company’s continued expansion . Key Roles: Monitoring KPI's and managing the Service Level Agreement for the contracts Managing a team of engineers, Help Desk Ops, Coordinators and engineers (Mobile & Static) Visiting clients/customers on site and oversee all Hard & Soft Services on site Ensuring compliance on the specified terms of the contract, service level agreements and sustainability targets Managing P&L and budget control Ensuring PPM and reactive works are being carried out Qualifications/Skills required: Contract Management experience – running your own PL HV/AP desirable Management qualification desired M&E Background Experience of running your own team of direct reports and engineers to deliver a high quality service.
