Nurse - Small, 20 bedded Physical & Learning Disabilities Nursing Home in Deal, Kent Location: Deal, Kent Position: Staff Nurse Starting salary: £30,384.59 Over time paid at double time Shifts: Flexible shifts - Longer or Shorter shifts on Days, Nights or a mixture available Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available (Options 24, 36, 48 hours available Care Categories: Learning Disability - Physical Disability - Younger Adults Short Shifts Available Overtime Paid at Double Rate Nursing Home Details: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD Registered Adult Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ) to join a beautiful specialist nursing home based in the Deal area. The service provides person centred care to younger adults including with Profound & Multiple Learning & Physical Disabilities . This smaller 20 bedded service boasts a brilliant reputation within the area for the high-quality care that they provide and staff morale at the home is very high. The home offer a flexible working policy offering early, late and 12 hour days. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
